Comprising of a floating white blanket,
said blanket, being embedded with photovoltaic cells,
said cells, providing electricity to heat pumps,
said pumps extracting heat
from the Arctic Ocean beneath said blanket,
said heat, being, in turn used to create steam,
said steam, being used to power steam generators,
said generators, being used to provide
even more electric current to said heat pumps.
As yet to be determined,
the optimum size for said blanket,
through research and development,
through trial and error,
we will find it.
With faith in improving iterations as we proceed,
as well as competing designs being used,
in order to discover
the best working methods and practices.
The white blanket reflects the sun's rays to learn more about tidal power possibilities.
away from the darker ocean water beneath it.
The heat pumps extracting heat
away from the ocean waters,
thus bringing the temperature down.
Any excess electricity generated
may be stored in batteries
for eventual use by said heat pumps.
We can also use tidal power electrical generation.
The Arctic eventually regains
it's natural pre-global-warming temperature.
Until better solutions come along,
we best get moving on this one.
I suggest that this is way
better than doing nothing at all!
Let's move it!
is where the heart is!
