The Float Tank

The float tank has been up there in my list of activities along with meditation and the pyramid since I first heard about it in 1980.

Essentially, the float tank uses sensory deprivation to elicit deepened profound rest and relaxation.

I used it to deepen my meditations. There was both an immediate and a cumulative effect from this activity. It is a tank filled with salted water about two feet deep. The tank is large enough for a fully-grown man to lie in. The water is heated to body temperature, and the salt in the water makes it heavy enough to cause your body to bob along the surface of it. Also, it is pitch-black in the tank while you are floating. One can opt for silence or listen to music or affirmation tapes.

Lately, I've been including a therapeutic massage and floating combination, which I like, even more. These two activities compliment each other very well.

When I am in Montreal, I get my float and massage at

The Pyramid

I have been using the pyramid at Pyra-Croix Inc. since I first heard about it in 1984. The energy from spending time in the pyramid has really deepened my meditations.

It's like roto-rooter for the chakras,  baby!!!

I have so far spent over two thousand hours in this pyramid. It also has both immediate and cumulative effects on my meditations. This in combination with meditating with large groups of meditators creates a very powerful force for fulfillment of desires. This pyramid is located just 30 miles east of the island of Montreal, Quebec Canada at
