The term is indefinite so long as you are in good standing with the Freakie Fries Franchise Association. These are:

your dues payments are up to date;

 you maintain minimum acceptable standards as set forth by the Confidential Operating Manual;

 you are financially stable;

you have satisfied all city, county, state and federal requirements for your establishment;

 and provide satisfactory customer service.
