Article 15. INDEMNIFICATION
15.1 Indemnify. You shall indemnify and save us harmless from and against all costs, damages, expenses, claims and other losses and liabilities, in tort or contract and including reasonable legal and accounting fees, incurred directly or indirectly out of or in connection with, or alleged to have been caused by, the operation of your business or arising or alleged to have arisen against you, including all costs incurred as a result of claims or suits against us arising therefrom, unless such claim is due to our negligence or willful act or that of our agents, employees or representatives. We may take steps we deem necessary to protect ourselves from such claims or suits, and you shall reimburse us for all expenses incurred in connection therewith, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, within 10 days from the date of an invoice from us to you for such expense.
15.2 Attorneys Fees. If any provision of this agreement is enforced at any time by us or if any amounts due from you to us or our affiliates are at any time collected by or through an attorney at law, you are liable to us for all costs and expenses of enforcement and collection, including court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees.
