Article 16. NOTICES
16.1 Written Notices. Any notice required or permitted by this agreement shall be deemed given if sent postage prepaid, registered or certified mail, or overnight express service and addressed to the following address or to such other address as may be provided by either party upon written notice to the other party or published in the Confidential Business Operation Manual.
