Article 18. MODIFICATIONS
18.1 Modification of Agreement. The franchise agreement may be modified only with the written consent of both parties except as stated herein.
18.2 Franchisor’s Modification Rights. We expressly reserve the right to modify our Manuals and Systems, the composition of the package of services offered to you and/or to change our trademarks, service marks, trade names, logotypes, commercial symbols and specifications without your consent.
18.3
Additional Actions. The parties agree
to execute such other documents and perform such
further acts as may be necessary or desirable to carry
out the purposes of this agreement.
