Article 20. SEVERABILITY
20.1 Severability. If this agreement is held to violate any law, regulation or ordinance of the United States, any country, any state or any municipality, the relevant portion is sever able and the balance of this Agreement shall be enforced as if such provision had not been included herein. All rights and remedies provided herein or by law are cumulative and not mutually exclusive, and may be exercised serially.
