25.2 Entire Agreement. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties into which all prior negotiations, commitments, representations and undertakings are merged and no modification or termination of this agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing by all parties hereto. This agreement is binding on the parties and their heirs, successors and assigns.
THE UNDERSIGNED ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT IN FULL AND HAVE BEEN SUPPLIED WITH A UNIFORM FRANCHISE OFFERING CIRCULAR IN ACCORDANCE TO FEDERAL AND STATE LAW.
