Freakie Fries Franchise Agreement
THIS FRANCHISE AGREEMENT is entered into and effective this day of ____________200_ by and between Freakie Fries and Joseph Morgese (sole proprietor)
under The State of Florida's statutes, 1675 South Ridgewood Ave. Apt.#116, South Daytona, Florida 32119

WHEREAS, you hereby acknowledge that this franchise agreement was accompanied by a uniform franchise offering circular which you received at the earlier of: 1) the first personal meeting with us; 2)10 business days prior to the signing of any franchise agreement; or 3) 10 business days before any payment by you. In addition, you acknowledge receipt of this franchise agreement containing all material terms at the time of the delivery of the uniform franchise offering circular.
WHEREAS, you are desirous of obtaining a franchise for the purpose of joining a network of independently owned professional businesses known as
Freakie Fries Restaurants which will operate at various levels ranging from a kiosk at an arena or a food court, a store front at a strip mall, and as a stand alone building.Freakie Fries Restaurants will operate both as a fast food restaurant serving 'Montreal-Style french fries, hot-dogs, and smoked meat sandwiches as well as specializing in low fat and low calorie combo meals, of which will be kept down at about 500 calories per combo meal, and as a full service restaurant and bar with the word 'Deluxe' being affixed to Freakie Fries, and serving popular favorites of that genre but with an emphasis on Montreal cuisine.
Freakie Fries Catering will service clients at homes, offices, and other gathering places, handling all the food service details. We will have our own tables, chairs, decor, plates and untensils, cooking apparatus' and truck it all to their place. We go in beforehand and prepare the place, then cook and serve the meals, tend bar, and then clean up after the party. It's alot of work but with very lucrative returns.
In the beginning, Freakie Fries Restaurants will be seeking only experienced restaurant owner/franchisees as we endeavor to design the menu, decor, and the operation manual. This beginning phase will last for two years where these experienced persons who will be granted franchise rights, will work in conjunction with me to achieve an optimum operation.
The goal being to provide the highest quality, most consistent, modern restaurant. The Franchisees are distinguished by the service marks “Freakie Fries Express or Freakie Fries Deluxe" and other trademarks, service marks, trade names, logotypes, commercial symbols, unique forms and materials, a possible central telephone number, centrally coordinated advertisements, as well as our true commitment to customer service.
NOW THEREFORE, we and you, intending to be legally bound, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter following, do mutually covenant and agree:
