Fire Ceremonies For The Successful Launch Of The New Age Hotel

My credentials...

I have been in the hotel and restaurant business with my family from 1972 up till 1981...helping to run a wedding catering business with up to 2000 patrons at a sitting...as well as two 100+ unit hotels ...one oceanfront and one on the highway, both with restaurants and the oceanfront had full license bar...I started my construction career in 1983 and stopped in 1995 to go trucking and have been back in the construction field since 2005...but here's the thing...my real and most important qualification...new age junkie!

As a way to build 'God's Perpetual Motion See Saw', the idea to own and operate a New Age Hotel has taken hold. Having tried for many years to get people interested in supporting the building of what I now call 'God's Perpetual Motion See Saw'...since 1992, I have approached world leaders...wealthy...and the not so wealthy...to no avail...however it was fun to do...

but incorporating it into the charter of the New Age Hotel...holds better promise...as an attraction...along with the Crystal Pyramid, float tanks, massage therapy and acupuncture...an on-going hotel that already does thriving tourist trade in the Central Florida area would be ideal to acquire so we can add these attractions to it.

all future shareholders would own 1/3333 of the hotel and all it's amenities including the world's first 'God's Perpetual Motion See Saw'...although the intellectual property for it would remain my own.

It's really a simple concept, where each shareholder would enjoy the the benefits of the New Age amenities as well as own a piece of the rock...and share in the responsibility of the property to keep it well maintained and upgraded...with the financial rewards that owning such an entity would entail....

To begin, I am selling my meditation instruction for $3333.33 where $2222.22 of this money will be placed in escrow...when I have sold my meditation instruction to 3333 students, where the escrow amount arrives at $6,666,666.66, I will form the corporation, purchase a hotel that is already operating and issue a share to each student....

and then

For the cost of a used car...$3333.33...to buy in...and the nominal costs ...if at all...for covering operating expenses...New Age junkies ...could play a helpful role in finally building God's Perpetual Motion See Saw...for the top 1% of the income generated from this venture will be devoted to that and I will build it in my spare time...

there will be a referral fee of $333.33 to those of you who bring your friends and family along

 for those of you interested in doing sales,  a marketing campaign is in the works, giving commissions of $666.66 to those sales that were referred by others or by leads generated from the marketing firm...or $1111.11 if generated all on your own...

and the remaining $2222.22 will be placed in escrow

the escrow agreement will be such that the money can only be taken out for forming the corporation, acquiring the hotel, and adding the new age amenities and then, if there is any money left over, keep it as a slush fund for operating the hotel

the new age hotel is a long term investment where the value of the property will eventually absorb the initial marketing costs that are necessary to bring this into reality...and as well...new age junkies who own a share are entitled to 'at cost' discounts on all services and amenities...and as well...if the hotel turns a profit...the monies are shared with the new age junkie shareholders

just the Crystal Pyramid alone! and being able to use it will be worth the money spent ten times over ...for new age junkies...

...it is unknown as to how long it will actually take to round up the 3333 buyers....

and so, in summary

in exchange for purchasing the plan, you receive meditation instruction....that will be the official barter....the shares to the new age hotel cannot, at this time be sold....only after 3333 people have purchased my meditation instruction...at that time we will hire an attorney to set up the charter and the corporation...and the money in escrow will be used to purchase an already running hotel....and at that time my meditation students who have bought the plan will receive a 1/3333 share of the holding corporation.... 

the meditation techniques are actually being taught for free on this web-site and so for those who want to be involved with the new age hotel...this avenue is available to them....I cannot sell shares to an investment such as this is because of SEC compliance expenses being out of my reach...

  this web page is near the top of the most visited list...I am not sure what that means...that may be a good sign...

my next steps in this venture are...1- besides myself, to find a good few salespeople...people who have caught the vision... people who understand the value being presented...people who are able to communicate those values to folks who might not ordinarily see it...it is hard work but there is $3.33 million, parceled out for marketing. to be made out of this

2-to research available properties...some fellow meditators have expressed that it ought to be a new construction and built according to Stepathya Ved principles......I will leave that on the table of possibilities...also some see the possibilities of a chain of such properties around the world

3-to write an official business plan

4-to do 3-D drawings and layout plans to help prospects see what it may look like

although I could be wrong, I feel that the best types of members have to be new age junkies themselves, who appreciate the value of having all these new age amenities under one roof...who get excited at the prospect of meditating in the Crystal Pyramid...and although the real estate part of the investment is probably OK in and of itself, the involvement in bringing about to reality, this venture, turns them on....they would not mind being hit up for their share of the cost of say ...adding another building to house some newfangled new age thingamajig...say that cost $250,000.00 to do...where their share for it would be 80 bucks....

and as such...this new age hotel would be well maintained and constantly upgraded reflecting the pride of it's members...beautiful mosaics, fountains, lush landscaping and the likes...etc...etc

being that using the Crystal Pyramid, the float tanks, acupuncture and massage therapy as well as a deep meditation program enhances creativity, I am wondering if a good group to market to would be creative people, such as musicians, writers, and artists...perhaps including into the mix...a recording studio for making audio books and music...

and what about sports players?...these people could use the amenities to enhance their playing abilities...
