This will give you a good start. You should include information about management and, if possible, a three-year proforma. You can go to the internet under "Executive Summary Examples" or your accountant can help you with a format. Thanks.

I will begin working on it asap...by the way, I have an invention...very simple....it is patent pending...for fuel economy for trucks...yet to have been tested though...but should know within a month of r&d if I really have something...it is a prop that is placed about five feet in front of a truck creating a airplane-like nose cone

Would that be alright with you to do it this way, that I would include your finders fee payment as my very first expense item taken from the trust fund that would be set up? I can’t afford to pay anyone up front but I sure wouldn’t mind paying you once a deal has been finalized and a trust fund set up.

I would like to make you aware of an invention that I am currently working on with the patent office for truck fuel economy. I like it because it is very simple to implement and will be very simple to research and develop and determine just how much fuel economy can be had. What is it that I do?

Although I earn my living as a truck driver, for thirteen years now, I have several inventions that I want to develop, with the most important one being God's Perpetual Motion See-Saw. There are other items that I want to develop, such as the Freakie Fries Restaurant Franchise and building a crystal pyramid, but God's Perpetual Motion See-Saw is the focus. It is for free energy and a clean ecology. It began with a vision that I received back in 1982 during a meditation and many mystical events brought me to this point with it. Who am I going to do it to?

The world. It will solve our global need for free and clean energy. It's for the world.

Why are they going to let me do it to them?

The world will benefit. The successful building of this invention will mean very good things for the economy and the ecology.

I have a simple business plan. In exchange for part ownership of 49%, I need $2000.00 a week for salary and $2000.00 a week for expenses. I will work 40 hours per week.

25% of the time and money will go for building God's Perpetual Motion See Saw.

25% will go toward developing the Freakie Fries Restaurant Franchise.

25% will go towards building a crystal pyramid large enough to accommodate ten meditators within the king's chamber area.

25% will go towards the other inventions and developing on-line sales of meditation related items as well as my fortune chocolates.

I thought that I should find 1000 investors who would be willing to pay $200.00 a year each in exchange for 1/1000 of that 49% of the whole. I felt that it would be a good way of spreading the risk.

However, if there is a venture capitalist or a group of them, that want to sponsor me, they may take all 1000 shares.

I realize that this is probably the most "far-out" venture that you have ever been proposed, and if you ask any engineer or scientist, they will tell you that perpetual motion is not possible. But the vision that I received and the way it has come to take over my life, the force that brought it to me, thinks otherwise. It is my spiritual path, I do it gladly. I also love to share my beautiful awesome powerful meditation techniques.

I am open to any counter offers.

Fortune Chocolates

This venture will use 'Don Jyovi Saraswati Di Morgese' chocolates being sold on-line and marketed to appropriate retail outlets. They will contain fortunes which I will write after my meditation and fire ceremonies. These chocolates will be of the finest caliber and very elegantly packaged. I plan to approach large chocolate makers to strike a deal for this. Mars, Hershey, Nestle comes to mind as possible partners but I won't rule out starting from scratch.

Reality Show

Building God's Perpetual Motion See-Saw will also become a media event...I am going to approach television executives to make a reality show on it.

Movie

My story will also be sold to movie producers.

I will devote 25% of my time to the actual physical building of God's Perpetual Motion See-saw. It will involve mostly dealing with vendors for specialty parts.

The best of all would be to actually get some acreage suitable for commercial and industrial use, near my home in Daytona Beach. A large enough workshop building for God's Perpetual Motion See-Saw. An area where I may build the crystal pyramid, which will also house new age store, float tanks and massage therapy. So this would be the actual revenue generating business

So these are some of the income generating possibilities that would help diversify the incredible risk involved with building God's Perpetual Motion See Saw. The risk being, that all scientists and engineers will tell you that perpetual motion is not possible, and I am somehow, through that vision that I received back in 1982, not deterred from my belief that I can do it. This is, in itself, a most peculiar situation, but add to that all the other occurrences with God's Algorithm, and one might have to concede that something larger than life is happening here...and given the sudden urgencies of what's happening to our planet, our politics, our economies...I am led to conclude that the spiritual force that brought me to this point is wanting to help us out....and I recognize it as my spiritual path to follow through with it.

I feel that Freakie Fries, on-line sales of meditation related stuff, retail marketing as well, will be a good way to couch that risk. Regardless of succeeding with God's Perpetual Motion See Saw, these other business ventures stand a pretty fair chance to succeed.

The story is the driving force...our calling card, if you will, for existing in the marketplace.

The crystal pyramid will be a "knock your socks off!" meditative experience and that, coupled with massage therapy, float tanks, acupuncture treatments will be the premiere place for business executives to spend a few days at before tackling major challenges in the marketplace.

Freakie Fries will offer another alternative for fast food and dining out experience...one with a story...interlaced with romance and spirituality.

But there is something important that needs to be brought out here...my outspokenness about religion...I see the harm that they cause perhaps to a degree more evidently than the rest and it drives me to speak out in less than proper ways... I certainly can tone it down but the writings that I already have out there ...I don't know what effect that will bear our your investment...I think that it may actually be OK...that most of our customer base will somewhat agree, if not to the degree that I feel about it...I think it should be OK.

With regards to the business plan and three year proforma, with time, I will develop them. I cannot provide them at this time. I think that when I approach experts for guidance, I will be able to better accomplish them.

Your input as investor will be most important in the direction that all of these ventures will develop.
