Who was the guy...the decider...that felt like it was a good idea to create a Jewish state smack dab in the middle of hostile Arab/Muslim territory...because a "holy" book says so...in spite of objections raised by the peoples of the region...thus causing deteriorating relations between those peoples and the West...and the constant fighting in the region,,,the rise of terrorism...culminating in 911...and now this never-ending global war on terrorism

who was that guy? who said...well...let em try something...we do what we want wherever we want and the hell with what they say...

who was that guy? who, because of his decision, led, finally, to 911...and this never ending war all around the world

who was he?! this decider...who has made it so I need a passport now to cross into Canada and US ....the long lines at airports...our massive military spending and all the lives lost...color coded terror alerts....

who was he?! and where is he...this guy

cause I'd like to give him a piece of my mind

oh kindest people! please consider this...to resolve this mess, let us do what should have been done back in1948...hold an election in the region and let the good people of the region decide this question..."can we form a Jewish state here?" and then abide by the results of the election. isn't democracy what we are willing to let our kids die fighting for? and yet you would deny this region democracy and quite dictatorially have formed the state of Israel...

and now...we are paying for our mistake...but it is not too late to hold that election now and then honor the results of that election

this is not about "caving in to terrorists" it is about honoring democratic principles that the West mistakenly denied the region back in 1948
