I filed for federal registration of the Freakie Fries name in May,2002, under the category of restaurant franchising and in June,2002, under the category of clothing wear.

The name ‘Freakie Fries’ is part of the title of my book, ‘An Eternal Love-Letter to the Girls of Freakie Fries’

And will hopefully gain sufficient exposure to attain ‘famous name’ status and thus enjoy enhanced protections under the amended ‘Lanham Act’ as voted in by U.S. Congress in 1996.

A Freakie Fries franchisee/co-franchisor will enjoy the right to operate their shop as Freakie Fries Express or Freakie Fries Deluxe (if they comply with full service restaurant and bar requirements).

In July,2002, I filed for Canadian trademark protection.

As of right now, I am offering Master-Franchise opportunities for individuals who would like to operate in any of the other countries around the globe.
