Item 16: Restrictions on what the Franchisee may sell

In the beginning, joining restaurants will continue with their existing menus and simply add the Freakie Fries items to it, but within an as yet undetermined amount of time, say one or two years, in the interest of consistency within the Freakie Fries organization, the other items will be dropped, as the Freakie Fries menu builds up.

I do this this way only because the Freakie fries menu is not as yet fully developed. The ten low calorie combo meals are yet to be developed, and the ‘Montreal-Style’ steamed hot dogs, French fries, and smoked-meat sandwiches, I don’t feel would be enough items to offer.

Some establishments may already have a thriving breakfast trade. Some may not offer breakfast at all. I’ve seen several franchises maintain loose policies on whether or not to serve breakfast. Some locations might simply not have a good breakfast trade because there’s not enough people at that time. The Association may vote to allow the individual franchisees to determine whether or not to serve breakfast although the breakfast items being offered will be determined by the Association, in the interest of consistency.

And so, I feel that it is best to have loose policies with this regard for at least a couple of years. Once we are well established however, then the Association will tighten up on this policy in the interest of consistency throughout Freakie Fries.
