Item 4: Bankruptcy

On October 29th, 1993, I filed a chapter 11 personal bankruptcy in Jacksonville, Florida, and was fully discharged.

The advertising fee will be held in escrow when collected and then used for advertising immediately.

The Freakie Fries operating dues will be paid monthly. The amount of which will be determined by an agreed budget and obligations shared among all the franchisees.

The training fees are set by the Freakie Fries Franchise Association and paid only as needed directly to the trainer/franchisee that you engaged.

A trademark legal defense fund will be set up with a nominal monthly fee and kept in a special escrow account for this purpose. All the franchisees share the obligation to defend our trademarks.

The nominal royalty fee is paid monthly and is not subject to refund.

All other costs are for operating your restaurant.

There may be other as yet unforeseen costs related to the proper functioning of the Freakie Fries franchise which may be implemented as needed according to a majority vote by the Freakie Fries Franchise Association.
