Item 9: Franchisee’s Obligations

Pay the monthly fees for each Freakie Fries restaurant that you own;

Abide by the rules and regulations of Freakie Fries as set by your Freakie Fries Franchise Association for the benefit of all, and comply with minimal requirements by a reasonable cure time or face disenfranchisement;

Participate in the Freakie Fries Franchise Association because it’s your business. You and all your co-franchisors have lives to lead as well as your own restaurants to operate and so hopefully the need for amendments to Freakie Fries won’t be often, but it’s there if needed to work out unforeseen problems;

As there will be no penalty for leaving, and there are no proprietary items on the menu, if dissatisfied with the direction of Freakie Fries, you may disenfranchise yourself by simply removing all trademark items upon a two week notice. You may be able to sell the sign to another franchisee.

Existing restaurants that join in will abide by the allotted cure time as set by the Association for full compliance to the Freakie Fries format. The immediate items are the sign, the menu, and some of the décor ( enough to make a noticeable impression ) such as paint and wall paper. With a reasonable cure time for more costly items such as compliant flooring, ceiling, tables and chairs, booths, lamps etc…etc.

Franchisee obligations are subject to change as needed to run a successful franchise. The Freakie Fries Franchise Association will be the vehicle for this change through majority vote.
